May- 2018:

MT Partners Great Place To Work (GPTW) on the Maiden Edition of her Pan African Awards Ceremony

MT collaborated with Great Place To Work Africa Institute, our partner on Human Capital Consulting Solutions, on its 5th Great Place To Work® (GPTW) Award ceremony and the maiden edition of her Pan African Awards; themed “Better and Consistent” held on the 31st of May 2018 at the Landmark Event Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The event keynote address was delivered by the President of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, Mr. Abimbola Ogunbanjo. In his remark, he said that for an organisation to maintain a high-trust workplace culture and remain competitive in its market space; having the attitude of consistency with a drive geared towards improving current standards is vital.

MT’s managing director, Dr Wura Abiola presented award plaques to some of the winners: Sterling Bank PLC – Winner, Best Quality of Life (Large Corporate Organisations); Ohlthaver & List Group – Winner, The Best Learning & Development (Large Corporate Organisations); First City Monument Bank (FCMB) – Winner, The Best Workplace For Female (Large Corporate Organisations); Courteville Business Solutions PLC - Winner, The Best Workplace For Female (Small & Medium Organisations).

Apr - 2018:

MT partners with GCC for its 2018 Talent Agenda Series West Africa Conference

MT partnered with Global Career Company, a specialist recruitment consultancy, on the provision of event management & talent acquisition services, for the maiden edition of the Talent Agenda Series Conference West Africa.

The 2-day conference held at Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel from the 25th – 26th of April, 2018, was preceded by a Webinar on Capacity Development, on which MT’s Managing Director, Dr. Wura Abiola shared thoughts and experiences.

Dr. Wura Abiola was also a moderator an one of the conference panel sessions themed “Corporate Social Responsibility, Capacity Building and Developing Critical Skills for Regional Development in West Africa”.

MT’s Partner, Great Place To Work (GPTW) Celebrates its 5th Year Anniversary

On the 30th of November, 2017, Great Place To Work, MT’s partner on Human Capital Consulting Solutions and a subsidiary of People Productivity Solutions (PPS) celebrated its 5th Year Anniversary at the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

MT’s Managing Director, Dr Wura Abiola delivered the event keynote address. In her speech, she highlighted the synergy between a high-trust workplace culture & employee engagement, and the importance of culture in improving business productivity and performance.

MT Partners with FMDQ OTC PLC (FMDQ) on the 2017 Debt Capital Markets Conference & Awards

MT co-sponsored FMDQ’s 2017 Nigerian Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Conference & Awards OTC PLC.

The programme, which was held at Eko Hotels & Suites, Lagos, Nigeria, on September 28, 2017 was themed “Positioning for Growth”.

Local and international DCM stakeholders were in attendance and they provided valuable insights into current market trends, market development opportunities, challenges as well as future expectations for the Nigerian Debt Capital Market.

Dr Wura Abiola, MT’s Managing Director was a panelist on the panel session theme “Funding Infrastructure Projects through the Debt Capital Market”.

Management Transformation enters Partnership with Financial Access

Financial Access Capital Partners B.V. and Management Transformation Limited have entered a partnership in order to establish their collaboration in developing an efficient and inclusive banking sector in Nigeria, Ghana and, potentially, other African markets. The strategic partnership will be one dedicated to the referral, origination and execution of banking advisory and management projects and the parties will co-operate in advisory mandates of and investments in financial service providers.

MT Participation at the FMDQ OTC PLC Launch

Management Transformation (MT) Ltd (as part of the FDHL-MT Collaboration) was actively involved in the recent launch of FMDQ OTC PLC (FMDQ) which took place at the Muson Centre, Onikan, Lagos on Thursday 7th November, 2013. The launch was attended by many dignitaries in the financial sector including the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) governor, Mallam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi; the DG Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Ms Arunma Otteh; the DG Debt Management Office (DMO), Dr Abraham Nwankwo; the CEO of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), Mr Oscar N.
